Counting . . .

We have been doing a lot of counting these days.  

Some of the things that we have been counting include the following:

Our blessings,

and the last few days that we will be living in my home sweet home, Hawaii.

 

It has been a whirl wind for us these past couple of weeks.  We are still not certain of where we will be living in a little over a month, but do know that that it  most likely will not be in Hawaii.  With my sweet husband going recruiting, it has become very clear to us now how limited the jobs are for an E7 in the recruiting world.  We thought we were going to Arkansas, and found out this morning that those plans were no longer valid.  We had a little under two hours to try and pick a place to live for the next few years, and settled with Houston.  Please keep us in your prayers, we find out tomorrow sometime if we were able to snag that position up or not.  Whirl Wind!

As of right now, we are at God's mercy, and will go where ever he needs us.  Just like Chase and I were saying to one another today.

God may have a different plan for us, and where ever we end up, we will plant our roots, grow, thrive, and flourish.  We will be the masters of happiness in the world in which we will be surrounded by  - where ever that may be.
